- REFUND REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICY – Tagari Publications will not refund, replace or exchange goods unless they are faulty, mis-bound or shipped in error. There will be no refunds, replacements or returns on any items past 30 days from date of receival/delivery attempt. Damage/loss of books by Shipping Companies is not covered by Tagari.
- If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please head back to Our Shop and add the appropriate Shipping Insurance ‘item’ to your cart.
- Tagari Publications reserves the right to ship orders from either of their two warehouses (Tasmania, AU or Michigan, USA), regardless of which website the order was placed. This decision is made to better serve our customers and to improve logistical outcomes. If you have a specific preference for your order to ship from the website’s order location, please email us and we will honour your request.
